Escrow Agents' Fidelity Corporation (EAFC) is a non-profit mutual benefit corporation with a membership consisting of independent escrow companies licensed by the California Department of Corporations. EAFC members are those licensees engaged in the business of receiving escrows as specified in subdivision (c) of Section 17312 of the Financial Code. EAFC indemnifies member escrow companies against loss of trust obligations caused by employee embezzlement, subject to the limitations in the California Financial Code.

EAFC is not an escrow company and does not perform any escrow services. Furthermore, EAFC has no escrow relationships with other escrow companies or business entities. Pursuant to Section 17346 of the California Financial Code no one, including EAFC and its members, are authorized to use EAFC's name or logo.

International-safe.com: Escrow Agents’ Fidelity Corporation (EAFC) has been notified that International-safe.com is offering escrow services over the internet. International-safe.com is falsely advertising on its website that EAFC provides escrow services along with BBB one of its operating facilities. It also states that EAFC is fully licensed and accredited as an escrow company and is subject to the IL Financial Code. EAFC is not an escrow company, it is not licensed in IL and it has no relationship with International-safe.com or BBB. International-safe.com is not licensed by the California Department of Corporations as an escrow agent and EAFC does not provide online escrow services.
